Lucanian black pig cured semi-spicy salami

Traditional Lucanian salami ideal for appetizers and platters, to be eaten raw, preferably opening the package about 30 minutes before consumption. The salami is matured for 25/30 days and is handcrafted from selected Lucanian black pigs raised on pasture. Slightly spicy taste.
