Organic capocollo

Organic Capocollo is produced from the pork neck and subsequently matured for approximately 90/120 days. Ideal for cold cuts to be served as appetizers or cold cuts. Artisanally produced with selected meat from organic Lucanian pigs raised on pasture.

Ingredients
Organic pork, salt, pepper.

Packaging
Vacuum packaged product.
To be stored in a cool, dry place. Expiration 6 months.
