Podolic milk butter in a caciocavallo casing. It is a traditional Lucanian stretched curd cheese with butter, ideal for appetizers, main courses, side dishes and cheese platters. It is handcrafted with cow’s milk from the Podolica breed, animals raised on pasture in the Basilicata area.

Vacuum packs of 450 - 500 gr.
To be stored in the refrigerator at 4 degrees, expiry 30 days if stored correctly.
