Organic seasoned salami

Traditional Lucanian salami ideal for appetizers and platters, to be eaten raw, preferably opening the package about 30 minutes before consumption. The salami is matured for 25/30 days and is handcrafted with selected organic Lucanian pork raised outdoors.
