The soppressata is produced from the noblest and leanest parts of the pig, it is matured for approximately 30/40 days and is ideal for appetizers and cold cuts platters. The pink soppressata with the addition of sweet chilli pepper has an exceptional flavor and is handcrafted according to the Lucanian tradition with selected pasture-raised pork meat.
