Cured meat made from pork Coppa and matured for about 90/120 days. Ideal for sliced meats to be served as hors d’oeuvres or charcuterie boards. Handmade with selected meat from pasture-raised Lucanian black pigs.

Vacuum-packed product.
Store in a cool, dry place. Expiry date 6 months.
