Cured Pezzente

Cured meat aged for about 30/40 days from ancient Lucanian traditions, ideal for cold cuts or for sauces and pizza with a very strong flavour. The Salumificio Don Francesco is a Slow Food presidium for the production of Pezzente della Montagna Materana.

Ingredients
Lucanian pork, salt, Senise PGI pepper powder, wild fennel seeds, fresh garlic, natural pork casing.

Packaging
250g vacuum packs.
To be stored in a cool, dry place. Shelf life 6 months.
